- Neutralizing and conditioning the surface to ensure proper sealer adhesion
- Full surface preparation to ensure pavers are clean and ready for sealing
- Installation of joint sand to proper depth
- Joint sand leveled evenly to create clean, uniform joint lines
- Removal of all excess sand from the surface to ensure a clean finish
- Application of a heavy flood coat using premium Trident sealer with antimicrobial additives to help resist mold, algae, and organic growth
- Followed by a second coat to even out the finish and enhance durability
