- Pre-treatment to break down mold, algae, and organic growth
- Deep cleaning to remove dirt, buildup, and contaminants from both the surface and joints
- Treatment of problem areas including oil stains, tire marks, and heavy organic staining
- Removal of mineral buildup such as efflorescence, calcium, and irrigation staining that can dull the surface and affect the final result
- Neutralizing and conditioning the surface to ensure proper sealer adhesion
- Installation of joint sand to the proper depth
- Joint sand leveled evenly to create clean, uniform joint lines
- Joint sand installed to proper depth for stability and long-term performance
- Thorough removal of all excess sand from the surface, including vacuuming around edges, corners, and tight areas such as along pool cages and structures
- Application of a heavy flood coat using premium Trident sealer to fully penetrate the pavers and lock in joint sand
- Followed by a second, controlled coat to even out the finish and enhance durability
