Paver Sealing in Ave Maria, FL

Ave Maria is one of the youngest towns in Florida and the hardscape shows it. Nearly every home in Maple Ridge, Del Webb, Avalon Park, and National Golf and Country Club came with a paver driveway, most laid at the same time as the house, and a large share have never had a coat of anything on them.
Paver Services in Ave Maria
driveway paver sealing is the bulk of what we do in Ave Maria, since that is what nearly every house has out front. We also provide pool deck and lanai sealing for screened decks and lanais, paver restoration where a surface has been left bare long enough to stain, and paver repair for sections that have settled or drifted.
Local knowledgeNew Pavers, Open Sky, and Sand Underneath
A town built from scratch has no old trees. Landscaping in Ave Maria is young, canopies are thin, and most driveways here take direct sun from morning to evening with nothing in between. Ultraviolet light is what pulls pigment out of a concrete paver, and it does the most damage in the early years, while the color is still at full strength. The driveway that looks best today is the one with the most to lose.
Underneath is the other half. The ground out here is sandy, and joint sand in an unsealed field migrates. It washes toward the low side in heavy rain, blows out in dry weather, and gives ants somewhere easy to work. Joints that have gone thin let individual pavers rock and drift, and once a field starts moving it does not settle back down on its own.
Sealing early is the least expensive version of this work. There is no failed coating to strip, no deep staining to chase, and nothing to reset. It is a sound surface, fresh joint sand, and protection over the top.
Good to knowAve Maria Paver Questions
Our driveway is only a couple of years old. Is it too soon to seal it?
Close to the opposite. Builders almost never seal what they put in, so a new Ave Maria driveway has been bare since the day you got the keys. The one thing worth waiting out is roughly the first year after the pavers go down, which gives them time to finish curing and lets any efflorescence work its way to the surface. After that window, new is the best time there is. You are holding onto the color while it is still there instead of trying to bring it back years later.
Do you actually come out this far?
Yes. Ave Maria is a regular stop on our Collier County route, straight out Oil Well Road. We group jobs out here into the same trip when the scheduling allows, so if a neighbor has been talking about getting theirs done too, mention it and we will see whether we can line the two up.
