We wrote this to be read, not to be skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, call or email us using the details in Section 15 and we will explain it in plain language.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
You do not have to give us anything to browse this site. When you request an estimate, fill out our contact form, book online, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to send:
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Property details: the service address, the type of surface, approximate size, and the condition of the pavers.
- Photos: any images of your driveway, pool deck, lanai, or walkway that you send us so we can quote accurately.
- Message content: whatever you write in the form, email, or text, including scheduling preferences.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, some information is collected by our hosting and analytics tools without you typing anything:
- IP address and the approximate city or region derived from it.
- Browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen size.
- Pages viewed, time spent on each page, the link or search that referred you, and the page you left from.
- Date and time of your visit.
- General interaction data such as clicks and scroll depth.
- Server log data recorded by our web host.
Information from third parties
Our reviews widget displays public Google reviews written about our business. We receive aggregated, non-identifying reports from Google Analytics about how the site is performing.
What we do not collect here
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, payment card or bank account numbers, precise GPS geolocation, biometric data, health information, or information about your race, religion, political views, sexual orientation, or union membership through this website. If you pay us for completed work, that happens outside this website and is handled by the payment method you and we agree on.
2. Cookies and tracking technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. This site uses cookies and similar technologies in three broad categories:
- Strictly necessary: set by WordPress and our host so pages load correctly and the contact form works. The site cannot function properly without these.
- Analytics: set by Google Analytics to count visits, tell returning visitors from new ones, and show us which pages are useful.
- Advertising: our analytics configuration loads Google advertising domains, which can set cookies used for remarketing audiences and advertising measurement. See Section 7.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, which let you block cookies, delete existing ones, or warn you before one is set. Blocking all cookies may break parts of this or any other website. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting your data on any site, and adjust what Google uses for ads at My Ad Center.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your questions and prepare an estimate for your property.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on paver sealing, restoration, and repair work.
- To send quotes, appointment confirmations, invoices, and service reminders.
- To keep records of work performed, including for any warranty question that comes up later.
- To understand which pages and search terms bring homeowners to us, so we can improve the site.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile you for those purposes.
4. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to quote, schedule, and carry out work you have asked for.
- Legitimate interests: to run and improve a small local business, keep our site secure, and respond to inquiries, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for analytics and advertising cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax and business records the law requires us to keep.
5. How we share your information
We are a small family business and we do not trade in your data. We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers: the companies listed in Section 6, which run our website, analytics, booking, and reviews display. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisors: our accountant or attorney, where needed and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Legal and safety: when we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfer: if the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy until it is updated.
We do not share your contact details with other contractors, lead sellers, or marketing lists.
6. Third party services we use
These are the outside services running on nntwashnseal.com and what each one may receive when you visit. Each is an independent controller of the data it collects, under its own privacy policy.
| Service | What it does here | What it may receive | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|

| SiteGround | Hosts the website | Server log data including IP address, request time, and browser user agent | siteground.com/privacy.htm |
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell your personal information for money. We have never accepted payment in exchange for anyone's contact details and we do not intend to.
We want to be straight with you about one thing that is easy to gloss over. Several state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to cover the use of third party advertising and analytics cookies, even when no money changes hands. Our website loads Google Analytics with Google's advertising features active, which means certain online identifiers may be made available to Google and used for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, that activity may qualify as "sharing" even though we receive nothing for it.
You can opt out of this at any time by doing any of the following:
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Turn off ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.
- Block or clear third party cookies in your browser settings.
- Contact us using the details in Section 15 and ask us to stop. We will honor the request.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
8. Your privacy rights
Privacy laws in various states and countries grant different rights to their residents, and many of those laws only apply to businesses above a certain size. Rather than make you work out whether a threshold applies to a family paver company, we extend the following rights to every visitor, wherever you live:
- Right to know and access: ask what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we have it, and who we have disclosed it to.
- Right to a copy: receive your information in a portable, readable format.
- Right to correct: have inaccurate information about you fixed.
- Right to delete: ask us to erase your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Right to opt out: of any sale, sharing, or use of your information for targeted advertising or profiling.
- Right to limit use of sensitive information: though as noted in Section 1, we do not collect sensitive information here.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will never charge you a different price, refuse service, or give you a lower standard of work because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
- Right to appeal: if we decline your request, you can ask us to reconsider. See Section 9.
9. How to exercise your rights
Email nntwashnseal@gmail.com or call 239-203-4024 and tell us what you want us to do. Put "Privacy Request" in the subject line if you email, so it does not get mixed in with estimate requests.
Verification. Before we act on a request about specific information, we will ask you to confirm details we already hold, such as the email address or phone number you contacted us from and the service address. We do this so we do not hand your information to someone pretending to be you. We will not ask you for a government ID or a Social Security number.
Authorized agents. Someone may submit a request for you if they give us written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may still contact you directly to confirm.
Timing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If a request is complex we may take one additional 45 day period, and we will tell you before we do. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Appeals. If we refuse a request, our response will explain why. You may appeal by replying to that email or writing to us with the word "Appeal" in the subject line, within 60 days. We will review and respond in writing within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General's office to submit a complaint.
10. Notice to California residents
In the 12 months before the effective date of this policy, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended:
| CCPA category | Examples we collect | Source | Disclosed for a business purpose to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, phone number, IP address, online identifiers | You, and automatic collection | Hosting, analytics, booking providers |
| Customer records | Name, phone number, service address | You | Booking provider |
| Commercial information | Services requested, quotes issued, work performed | You, and our own records | Booking provider, accountant |
| Internet or network activity | Pages viewed, referring source, time on site, interactions | Automatic collection | Analytics provider |
| Geolocation data | Approximate city or region from IP address. Not precise GPS location | Automatic collection | Analytics provider, host |
| Visual information | Photos of your property that you send us for a quote | You | Not disclosed |
We have not sold personal information for monetary consideration in the preceding 12 months. As explained in Section 7, our use of Google advertising features may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out using the methods listed there.
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.
California residents also have the right under the "Shine the Light" law to request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
11. Notice to EU, EEA, and UK residents
We are a local service business in Florida and we do not offer services in Europe or the United Kingdom. If you visit this site from there, the information described in Section 1 is processed on servers in the United States, which does not have a general adequacy decision covering all transfers. The third party providers in Section 6 are large international companies that maintain their own transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
For the purposes of the GDPR and UK GDPR, N&T Wash and Seal, LLC is the controller of the information described in this policy. You have the rights listed in Section 8, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
12. How long we keep your information
| Type of information | How long we keep it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Estimate requests that did not become jobs | 3 years | Homeowners often come back a season or two later |
| Customer and job records, including invoices | 7 years | Tax, accounting, and warranty questions |
| Property photos sent for quotes | 3 years, or until you ask us to delete them | Comparing condition before and after |
| Website analytics data | 14 months, per our Google Analytics retention setting | Year over year comparison |
| Web server logs | Approximately 30 days, controlled by our host | Security and troubleshooting |
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or remove the details that identify you. You can ask us to delete sooner under Section 8, and we will do so except where the law requires us to keep a record.
13. How we protect your information
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to quote, schedule, or complete your work. Our website platform and plugins are kept updated, and our hosting provider maintains its own physical and network security controls.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form or by email. We will never ask you for those by email.
14. Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us using Section 15 and we will delete it promptly.
15. Contact us
For any privacy question, request, or complaint, reach us directly. A real person reads these.

Links to other websites
This site links to outside websites, including our Google Business Profile, our Facebook page, and our online booking provider. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Read their policies before giving them your information.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no common standard for how sites should respond, so this site does not currently respond to those signals automatically. You can use the opt-outs in Sections 2 and 7, or contact us and we will apply your preference by hand.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools, our services, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
