I started this company with a simple goal: build something I could take pride in while providing for my family and doing the job properly, every time. What began as a small operation has grown into a paver sealing company Cape Coral homeowners trust, built on consistency and hard work.

Our Story
N&T Wash and Seal was not built overnight, and it definitely was not built the easy way. Like most things that matter, it started with long days, uncertainty, and a lot of pressure to figure it out.
In the beginning, it was about providing for my family and trying to build something of my own. There were times I questioned whether I was doing the right thing, whether it would work, whether I was taking on more than I should. But I kept showing up, learning, improving, and pushing forward.
Early on, I noticed how many paver sealing jobs were rushed or done wrong. Cheap products, watered-down sealers, no real prep, just quick jobs that looked good for a season and did not last. That never sat right with me. If I was going to do this, it had to be done differently.
So I made the decision to focus strictly on pavers: learn the proper process, use the proper products, and build something I could actually stand behind.
